    I think u R quite …
I think u R quite wrong and behind time..

THIS IS OBAMA’s era, what did he say recently about religion?

Obama has inspired all around the world because he brings new hope for peace internationally.. Of course there’s still a bunch of pple scared of new world order n changes that challenges any unfair advantage the me-supremacists used to enjoy

The old world medieval mindsets is the last frontier before a new age of wisdom dawns.. WE SHALL ALL BE LUCKY ENOUGH TO SEE THE BRAND NEW AGE

    Feoleo88’s …
Feoleo88’s self-hatred is unpleasantly obvious. Like so many “progressives”, the idea of God (or most any authority) makes them frantic.

Note to “progressives”: freedom OF religion does not mean freedom FROM religion. This country was founded on those values. We govern and make laws based on them. You don’t have to be religious, but you DO have to accept those principles if you live here and enjoy their benefits. If that offends athiests and New Agers, they’re free to move elsewhere.

    Unfortunately there …
Unfortunately there are SO MANY politicians in the US who exploits the name of “God” for selfish gains such as: collecting money donations for enriching oneself, persecuting social groups they personally dislikes, making conservative laws to restrict progress such as blocking stemcell research (which potentially could save countless lives), etc..

    iN one sweep by …
iN one sweep by conveniently having “God” on his side, he has alienated ALL atheists, new age religions, multi-god believers, hindhus, buddhists etc who forms the melting-pot of the american society..

Hypocritic to say “..we don’t care about your origins..your religious origins..” and next say that “In God we trust.. no god, then rights can be taken away by people”

Self-contradiction will always be obvious when one has hidden selfish agendas..

    Very convenient to …
Very convenient to use the word “God” to help him push anything he wishes to push..

The dangers of pushing agendas by using “God” word is that people like Prager can conveniently ignore the “why” and the “humanitarian logic” to justify their selfish aims..

    Dennis Prager …
Dennis Prager cannot adapt to the changing perceptions of the progressive human society, hanging on to every single silly bigoted self-important “we american” against them outsiders mindsets..

His stand-off-ish “we are great” attitude typically demonstrates why the US are so unpopular and hated by other nations..

The ones who resists the inevitable changes of society will make their offsprings suffers by lagging behind..

    Dennis has pointed …
Dennis has pointed out that Religion tends to devolve into whatever society at-large wants it to be. The left since Marx trying to make everyone and everything be equal is impossible to achieve. It distorts arbitrarily our perception of the true playing field. The U.S. founding fathers did create a republic, and the people in general of those times had wisdom enough not to try to have a totalitarian state of democratic or egalitarian government rule.

    Thanks Dennis this …
Thanks Dennis this is needed, my students at a local community college (all 24) thought we live in a democracy, when we live in a republic. We are in a terrible position as most people know nothing about our history and values

    Though Snopes …
Though Snopes disagrees as to the intent of the reintroduced legislation to repeal the 22nd Amendment (Prohibiting any President from serving more than two terms in office, Google: snopes, and search: H. J. Res. 5), in Obama’s case and the widespread belief that (unlike in the case of all preceding U.S. presidents) he is “the One,” meaning our Savior, I have to disagree with Snopes. There is now most likely a clear and present danger of the legislation being reintroduced having such intent.

    Ultimately one must …
Ultimately one must grow to realize or become ones own Messiah or Savior (Jewish, Christian) or whatever one believes in if one disavows religious sectarianism. Ironically, it is the same if one is an atheist. The thing is, there is no way in this world to make everyone be equal. No U.S. President is the One who can do that.

    The Constitution is …
The Constitution is a genius document allowing everyone potentially maximum Liberty under the law to accomplish the ultimate Goal of traditional religions. That most people born here, or who come here from elsewhere for better opportunities misuse their opportunities under its aegis, are not the faults of the U.S. founding fathers documents.

    Ka Na Sai? Someone …
Ka Na Sai? Someone saying that about Dennis Prager, sounds like a Chinese fried noodle. (A noodle in English slang would refer to the persons brain.)

Like Hokkien-speaking people, the phrase KA NA SAI is deeply under-appreciated and occasionally, misunderstood. This conjugated form of expression means ‘just like ‘. The literal meaning is plain to see. But its application is often clumsy, and seldom accurate.

    Briefly, our U.S. …
Briefly, our U.S. national values that Dennis is describing were based upon our ancestors Belief in God.

If God is not to be …
If God is not to be thought of as Responsible for our inequality, then each of us with Gods help will have to restore our selves to our original Perfection again. The U.S. Judeo-Christian system via the Constitution was created in hope of allowing us to do that, not to become diverted into creating a material Heaven here on earth. Though created equal by the God in which we are to Trust, we are not born equal on this earth due to our various individual free-will decisions of the past.

    For the U.S. …
For the U.S. founding fathers, equality is per our being made in the image and likeness of God prior to the Fall of man described in Genesis. The God in which we are to trust did not create us all unequally. Traditional religions all recognize in some way that we are Fallen beings and that due to how Nature has responded, the world we now live in is also Fallen and imperfect.

I would ume that one would argue that they came from the state and the constitution.

Then I would ask, “what were those values based upon”?

    Solid points, but …
Solid points, but I’ve never believed that we are even born equal. Even that is a romantic statement. Try telling that to the mentally challenged. The system of the United States may consider us all equal until we fail, but individually we are seperate and only of ourselves.

    “In God We Trust,” …
“In God We Trust,” on our money matters. It reminds us ideally that our moneys value is only an index of the true value of our goods and services that are supposed back it up. Monetary value is anchored by our God-given creativity in producing things of value. That is why a Government printing money based only on leveraged Debt is inflationary and pernicious. If one is an atheist however, one believes that having values ultimately came from the mud on the bottom of a primeval swamp.

    Mukome, Why else …
Mukome, Why else other than you not liking Uribe and/or Dennis, did you say that if Uribe tried hanging onto power the way Zelaya is trying to do, Dennis would be employing his expertise to defend Uribe? What else (really now) would make you think that you know who or what Dennis would defend?

If I take the same kind of liberty in erting whom I think that you like, as you do in erting whom or what you think Dennis would defend, then you don’t like it?
