i am a canadian citizen that moved to the US, i want to go to Arizona State University, my GPA is an average of 3.58, is being a canadian citizen a problem to get accepted into an US University?
No problem if you’re a USA Permanent Resident (green card holder).
If you’re NOT a permanent resident, you have a problem. You have to identify yourself as International Student. You pay full tuition. Most schools do not offer scholarships or other Financial Aid to International Students. It is difficult to get bank loans.

Not at all, in fact Universities really like to have International students, it makes their institution diverse, which is a great asset for them to advertise. So often times it will actually be easier for you, especially since you are here and have a good GPA!

There is no problem being accepted. However, the exact process and how you will finance it depends on your visa status. Do have a gree card or are you the dependent of a parent on a TN or H-1B visa?
Please advise your immigration circumstances for a more precise answer.
