Friends, i wanna know where can i have a scholarship for a foring university in europe or usa?
I am a sri lankan student just after my o levels and i was the best in my area. so plz help me to find scholarship. i want to study biology or something like that. hope u vl help me.. 
go to the various embassy’s in your country of the different countries that you are interested in…ask them about scholarship offers that they have! good luck my brothers did that and now they are in russia! good luck

Figure out more specifically what you want to apply for. Then look at universities that are good at that. Check if they have scholarships. Apply.
There are generally more scholarships available in the US but some european countries do offer some to developing countries like Sri Lanka. Check websites of various national university systems for more info.
