Does anyone know if an american student studies in a university in Europe does it count in the U.S.?

I am an american student in a current University in the U.S. and i was wondering if i transferred to a European university and finish my career in EUROPE. Will it count in the United States?

No matter what, you won’t just be out of luck if you study in EUROPE, but for some professions, like a doctor or a nurse, you will be required to pass a test in the United States to ensure that you understand our system. Studying abroad from a U.S. university is always an option, as well.
