What is required to get into university in England (the UK)?

I’m a Canadian student trying to get into University in England or somewhere else in the UK in two years, what would I need to get accepted? Are there any exams i need to write here in Canada before I can apply? what kind of grades would i need? what are some good law schools in England? roughly how much would it cost per year for an international student to study in the UK?

Oxford University states their Canadian requirements as "At least 85% in OSSDs from Ontario, or equivalent grades from other provinces." That is the joint best university in the country so it is unlikely any university would want more than that.

Here are the university rankings for law in the U.K.: http://extras.timesonline.co.uk/tol_gug/goodUniversityguide.php?AC_sub=Law&sub=38&x=25&y=6

And international fees are currently around £10,000 a year.

Well the courses are around £3,000 a year depending on where you go. and the accomodation around £500 a month also depending on where you go.
Good law uni’s are obviously Cambridge and Oxford because they’re the best in the UK, but they’re very hard to get into.
We have a thing called UCAS points which is the results of our a levels combined. i don’t know what you have in Canada so i’m not sure how that would work.
I don’t think you would need to do any exams you usually don’t, but you will have to attend an interview to get accepted.
Sorry i couldn’t be a bit more helpful

IB ideally but any good qualifications would be enough if you have the finance. UK Universities are subsidised by taking in overseas students!
Law schools I don’t know about but UK students generally end up with £20-35.000 debt (that does include lodging) and they have some element of support from the UK government. It might be an expensive gig!
