Is it possible to transfer credits from US community colleges to a university in Canada?

I’ve got two associate degrees and accumulated more than 120 credit hours at two US community colleges from 1998 to 2002. Would it be possible to transfer these credit hours to a University in Canada, and if so, how long would they be transferable (5/10 years or no limit)?

Only way to know is to go to a specific Canadian university’s website and read information about transferring. Their websites usually have a transfer guide which shows all the courses that are transferable from other colleges. You might have a harder time getting them to transfer due to them being in different countries.
