Can i go to university in Canada or USA if i go to college in UK?
I live in the UK and always have, but i have always wanted to go to University in the USA or Canada, could this happen, if so
How would i go about doing this?
How much would it cost?
Could i still get financial help from the UK?

Yes, you can definitely do that. A lot of people do. Look at individual colleges you are interested in, and then email them/ask them about tests and all that.

Yes you can, you would apply to the university as an international student. I would suggest contacting the universities you are interested in attending to find out what their application process is for international students. You will also need a student visa.
As far as cost goes, the tuition at most Canadian Universities is a lot higher for international students than it is for Canadian students; usually it is double or more. Most Canadian Universities have a deadline around the end of March or February for undergrad programs, but again, you should contact the universities you would like to apply for, they can give you accurate info on their application process.
