where can i get anna university applications?

i have written my 12th board exam. i want to get seat through counselling from anna University, chennai. so where can i get application for BE? some saying that in banks near my area.. some saying that from government colleges? please tell me where can i get it on may 3rd which is the date fixed my anna university to get it..
