How do Ivy League colleges view students who have participated in High School exchange programs?

Next year, I’m participating in an exchange program to Spain with AFS for one year, and I just want to know if this could be an advantage or a disadvantage when applying for Ivy League schools.

Also, how do college’s in general view students who have participated in exchange programs?

They consider it a positive, especially if you come in with strong language skills
