Schools who receive an extensive amount of funding (in most instances, IVY league colleges) often have access to more educational tools. That's just the way it is. Some people are just smarter than others and are, therefore, able to be educated more. It's not insulting, it's just the way it is. Anyone that graduates from college is educated, just some graduate from better schools and are more educated. I go to a very prestigious university, and I know that I am smarter than my friends that go to lesser schools, and that I'm learning more.
