I have recently been accepted in University of waterloo for MEng Program for fall 2010.
Actually the visa process in my country takes some time therefore i have sent an application to defer my admission to WINTER 2011. What are the chances of my deferral as i have a solid reason of not being able to attend University for fall 2011.

University of Delhi do not offer programme in B.Architecture.
Eligibility criteria for admission to 5-year B.Arch. Course is 10+2 Science (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) with minimum 50% marks and you are eligible.
Besides this one must appear in entrance exam All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) or The National Aptitude test in Architecture (NATA).

To study in the Us, you’ll need competance in English. You wont be teaching it, so will not need a teaching qualification.
I don’t know if it is the same in US; if you want to attend RMA you attend with your fellow countrymen and are sponsored by your home government. In that case you wouldn’t necessarily have to have the same qualifications as native candidates.
Well I’ve applied to the Fairleigh dickinson,University of missouri St louis,Bradley university earlier two months ago..I’ve been asked to send the transcripts and other documents regarding my admission.I’ve got Toefl score : 91 and GRE score : 961,Upto my knowledge I knw that it takes 2 months for all this process,But Untill now I didn’t get any response from these universities,Does it mean that I should re apply again ???
Do NOT apply again. Contact the schools admissions office and tell them you applied and have not heard back. They can at least tell you if they have received your application or of they are still waiting for something. If they have received your entire application packet ask them when you should know if you were accepted. If they are still waiting for transcripts or test scores. Find out what is missing and then contact either the testing center or school where your transcripts were sent from and tell them your application is being held up and when they will send the requested items to the school.
If a student is good in studies , has good grades and good gpa like 4.00 or up then can he/she get admission in a University and skip college?

Teachers select prefects. And if the teacher who interviews you is biased or prejudiced for no apparent reason, you stand to lose the position. So even a very capable person may not be able to become a prefect. Will universities recognise this problem?

does being an honour student help increase my chances of getting into a certain University rather than just having really good marks on the important/required subjects? and what about other rewards (eg. MVP track and field etc.)?

Most people with good grades are on the honor roll. I doubt if it makes any difference to a university. They look at your marks and extra curricular activities.
Maybe it is different elsewhere. You do not say where you are, but you spell honour as though you are in the UK>

Meaning, they will look at your application if you have a GPA of at least 2.0. It doesn’t mean you’ll get in, though.
