I m planning to step into UK to live n work. However getting work permit is almost IMPOSSIBLE. i can go there as a student. Can I take an admission to a college and upon entering UK if i withdraw my admission, will I be able to stay in uk for the amount of time till my student- visa is valid?

You may withdraw from college studies and work as long as student visa is valid, but you have to make a new enrolment before the visa renewal, so that you can maintain your legal staus as student in UK.

Do the college professors have access to my College Admission records? Who’s allowed to see my college admission records?

The only stuff I can see are test scores (ACT and SAT), home address, placement scores, and college records. I get copies of my advisees’ HS transcripts. We don’t get to see any of the "extra" stuff like essays or letter’s of rec. Nor would we want to. Those things really have very little to do with how well you will do in our courses.
